REPAIRS OF DG SET AT BARDOLI HO AND PROVISION OF CLEAN AND COOL DRINKING WATER AT BARDOLI HO.
DG set is not in working order. Previously process of quotations etc were undertaken but since long it is unserviceable and in creates hardship to employees in case of power supply failure. This was taken up by our divisional & circle unions with DO RO CO but not fruitful. Please look into now.

PROVISION OF CASH COUNTING MACHINES AND FAKE CURRENCY NOTED DETECTING MACHINES TO ALL BIG PO IN SURAT DIVISION AND
(B)
ARRANGEMENT OF COOL AND CLEAN DRINKING WATER AT POST OFFICES IN SURAT DIVISION.
A: Most of the POs in Surat dn having huge cash handling work requires Cash counting machines and also Fake C/notes detecting machines. Its supply will increase speed, efficiency and security. Please look into.
B: It was requested by few staff members that there is no drinking water arrangement at so many offices in Surat dn. Off course, staff side is collecting specific details but it is requested to ensure that Clean, hygienic and cool drinking water arrangement is provided at all POs in Surat dn.

SURVEY OF CONDITIONS OF RENTED PO BUILDINGS AND UN-RESIDABLE POST ATTACHED QUARTERS IN VADODARA REGION.
Staff side has frequently taken up items in formal meetings regarding worst condition of rented PO buildings like of Ajwa road PO Vadodara. Staff side had supplied live reports and photographs also of many quarters in Bardoli & Valsad dn. which are not at all in any condition where any human being can reside. There has been a little response in this matter. It is suggested to conduct a survey of such PO buildings/Quarters for once and then initiate suitable action.
